For our subsidiary Wirecard Technologies GmbH, Aschheim, we are seeking to strengthen our team.

Your Duties

• Developing and designing of requirements for the CRM system in consultation with involved internal departments and subsidiaries
• Formulation of technical requirements and concepts for the further development of technical requirements for the CRM system
• Coordination and control of internal departments and external service providers in regard to CRM topics
• Project / product management and rollout control
• Further definition of the business requirements for a scalable CRM infrastructure
• Technical and professional servicing of the CRM system
• Design and optimization of processes

Your Profile

• University degree in economics or related subject areas
• Several years of project experience in the implementing of process-driven CRM projects (technical design, conceptual design and control)
• Several years of professional experience in process management, in particular in the design and quality control of business and customer processes
• Interest in working with complex and extensive data banks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
• Experience in dealing with common tools and technologies, such as various interfaces, Data Warehouse and CRM systems
